If at any time during the advertised trial period for a product, you decide that the product is not for you – for any reason – simply let us know, return the manual, and you will be entitled to a full refund of your payment. (Postage & packaging is non-refundable to overseas clients.) Please note that you are only entitled to one trial period per product. Any re-purchase of a product following a refund will not include a trial period. The length of trial periods varies according to the product and will be advertised clearly with that product. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations.

We’re Thames Publishing Services Ltd, publishers of a number of educational products, including the free Trader’s Bulletin newsletter.
